Konvikt svatých Andělů, Telč

In Konvikt of Holy Angels offer to use conference rooms for different types of negotiations. It means for a small groups as well as for conferences or training to 50 persons. It is specified below. If you need a conference room for more participants, we will arrange for you booking a conference hall with a capacity of 80 - 100 people in the building, which directly adjacent  with Konvikt.

 

Conference room on the ground floor of  Konvikt of Holy Angels  has a capacity of 45 seats, fixed arrangement of tables is  in the shape of the letter "U". Each place has a possibility to connect a laptop, internet. Great wall projection surface at the head of the room, built-projector system that allows the presentation of data from the VHS , DVD, CD, USB, camera, notebook, etc. Other equipment: flip chart, magnetic boards, large plasma screen wall, with the possibility of playing advertising or presentation of the camera, PC, air conditioning, voting equipment, etc. Interpreting booths are not part of equipment. Arrangement of ordering in this room cannot be changed. If it will be necessary, can be  room capacity increase of 5 - 8 (out of order meeting).

Salon I, called "wine", is located in the basement Konvikt of Holy Angels. It has a capacity of 12 - 16 seats, depending on client requirements on a system of negotiations. Current layout is 12 seats at the round table. Suitable for use for example: full-time position at conferences, workshops, separate negotiations ,  or it can be used as a style environment for the wine tasting for a smaller group of people.

Saloon II. - "Billiard" is also located in the basement of Konvikt of Holy Angels. Its capacity is 12 - 16 seats, depending on the arrangement. It is suitable for the conclusion of the negotiations, signing contracts, but also for the festive dinner for 8 - 12 people. Furthermore It can be used as a separate reception room, lounge with a possibility of arrangement of wedding ceremony or other art workshop, etc. This room is covered billiard table, which is free to clients of the lending facility. From the lounge you can come directly to the garden of  Konvikt, which is very comfortable particularly in spring and summer months..

Another conference space in Konvikt of Holy Angels is  the library, which has a capacity of 16 - 20 seats and is equipped by a long table, projection screen, projector, flip chart and the computer. Possibility to connect to the Internet. If necessary, it is possible to adjust the layout of the room according to wish of  client.
